    Had to get THREE different door dashers because they wouldn’t make my order; then when we tried to call it literally said we couldn’t??? My card got double charged because they literally would not make my food. Terrible location.

    First and LAST time we order Wingstop. We ordered at 3pm for a 6:30pm delivery. We received a text that the order will be delivered at 6:17pm indicating that the driver is picking up the order. At 7:00 we checked the app and the driver was still waiting for the order. Texted the driver, no response. Called the store, mailbox full. Called the driver at 7:45 and was told that he had to cancel the order because he was at the store and there were dozens of people there in chaos because Wing Stop had so many orders they couldn't keep up. Driver said it's going to be hours so he cancelled the order. Here's an idea, upgrade your system to stop taking orders if the current ones aren't able to be fulfilled on time. Or stop taking walk in order knowing you have hundreds of online orders to fulfill. Driver said there were DOZENS of drivers there waiting to pick up their order. We ended up ordering food elsewhere. At 10:31pm, I received a notification that the driver delivered the order and left it in the lobby. Now, before you respond with 'sorry please reach out to us at wingstop.com'.....I already did, on Sunday night (2 days ago) and you haven't responded to that either. Apparently, there's too many complaints for you to respond in a timely manner, just like you take too many orders and can't deliver on time. 4 hours late. 4 hours! I understand 1 customer will not make or break Wingstop but sharing our experience throughout the university will certainly deter some customers from being disappointed ordering from Wingstop. Update: I submitted 2 more requests to have someone to contact me about my experience. How do you ask a customer to contact the establishment and still ghost them? Thats just absurd. I disputed the charge with Amex and they refunded the charge. Maybe others should dispute their charge and Wingstop will be serious about getting back to their customers. Especially after asking for customers to contact them. Poor, just poor.

    I placed an order 4 days in advance and it was nearly 3 HOURS late. The pickup machine constantly claimed the order would be ready in 15 minutes. I waited, left, came back an hour and a half later, and it still wasn’t ready — the machine was still saying “15 minutes.” The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. They refused to give an ETA, wouldn’t say how far behind they were. I tried calling multiple times to cancel the order, but they don’t answer the phone at all. This place has zero accountability, zero communication, and zero respect for customers’ time. Ordering ahead means nothing here. Absolute disaster of an experience. I tried calling the store the next day to get a refund since I never got my food and they still will not pickup the phone.

    we ordered food from here via the app, received no food. Had three separate delivery drivers give up on our order after waiting 2+ hours past the original 30 minute fulfillment time. tried to call, got nothing, no way to get a refund. lost $50

    I made an order around 6PM and got an email saying the order should be done in 20-25 minutes. Around 6:30, my husband went to pick it up. He said there was a large crowd of frustrated customers waiting for orders. Our order of course was also not ready. I understand Super Bowl Sunday is a busy day especially for wing places, but communication was extremely lacking. My husband had to use a kiosk which sent me a text saying that our order was being prepared. This is already more than a half hour after I ordered. So he came home and we waited. We tried calling a few times and were unable to get in contact with anyone nor were we able to leave a voicemail or cancel online. We finally decided to go back to see if maybe our order was ready (2 hours after ordering at this point). Still a large crowd and still no food. Luckily we were able to cancel the order at the location. Then were told that we’ll get a refund in 3-5 business days. Pretty crappy experience.
