- RRRayaNov 22, 20251.0After spending over 75 dollars on food I couldn’t eat because firstly it was very mushy and soggy. Secondly it was clearly old and rotten the corn even tasted like it had been sitting for hours before I received it and it wasn’t even warm when I picked it up and the chicken tasted rotten as well and the fries even were made badly they tasted as thought they had sugar on them. It was around 12am around closing time that they made my order, and I notice that they made orders really badly around this time because they want to go home so “badly”, so once I noticed the issue with my order I couldn’t even try to return it then before they were closed . But, wait it gets better I call and talk to the manger Aldo who I told my issue to, and he said he’ll call me back in 10 minutes. I don’t know why he couldn’t help me right then at that moment , though at the time I didn’t question it because he seemed all over the place and I was sympathetic because I thought they may have been busy. So ten minutes comes and passes and there’s still no call, I wait a little longer and still no call. So then I once again have to call Wingstop and when I call and talk to him, he had completely forgot about me and I had to restate my issue over again and instead of helping he told me he couldn’t help me he said while he yell at me saying he wouldn’t give a refund if I couldn’t return the food. Which I told him I throw away on the call before and he didn’t state anything about a return. I know this manger was just being hateful because I had an issue before similar to this occurrence and I was refunded and I didn’t have to return anything. How this manger acted should tell you everything you need to know about how this place is being ran. I strongly would advise coming here, because I’m starting think after tasting my most recent order from here, that my past order from a couple of days ago gave me both me and my mother very bad food poisoning. They don’t cook their chicken fully here, it’s very mushy.
