- MBMyra BustosJan 5, 20261.0I often come to this location for lunch as I work down the street. Today, I forgot to order one of my items plain and I didn’t realize until I got my complete order. As I went back to the cashier, I apologized stating I forgot to order one of my items plain and had no problem repaying. As I was speaking to the cashier, an African American female with red in her hair who was working in the kitchen started to get very disrespectful towards me and was also using profanity against me. Again, I told the cashier I had no problem repaying for my order as while the African American female who was disrespecting me.. all the cashier had to say was “I don’t know I’m only on register”. None of the other employees said anything while I was getting cussed out over a plain sandwich. The manager was not present at the time of the altercation, but once she did arrive she quickly found me to apologize on behalf of the disrespectful employee and did inform me that my next meal would be complementary which is very nice but I don’t think I will be returning. If that is how that one specific employee talks and treats customers, she needs to be fired immediately.
