- CLCassidy LeeJan 3, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the experience we had at this Taco Bell. It took over 30 minutes just to receive our food, even though the restaurant was not busy. When we finally received our order, the food was burnt and cold, and we found hair in both burritos we ordered. No one had a hairnet on. Employees were out of uniform, and one staff member loudly said, “lock the door after them, I’m irritated,” which was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Another employee with red hair was wearing headphones and showed no basic customer service or respect toward customers. Part of our order was missing, and instead of correcting the mistake, we were told to reorder after we had already paid. We also witnessed an employee handle food immediately after cleaning without washing hands or wearing gloves. Additionally, plates were dropped on the floor, picked up, and put back into use, which is extremely concerning. This behavior is alarming and reflects a serious lack of food safety standards, employee training, and management oversight. I am shocked that this is happening at a Taco Bell location and believe this situation requires immediate attention.
