  I went inside to pickup a mobile order. The food was nice and hot when I received it. Everything I ordered was present except for my Fire sauce and napkins. I wasn't too worried about that as I went inside and could get those items myself. But had I gone through the drive thru, 🤔, I know I would have been mad. But, being inside, it was cool 😎. I gave the atmosphere 4 🌟, because the store itself has music going and the employees had theirs blasting to drown out the store music. This made it feel very noisy and I couldn't even hear the Employee trying to get my attention to ask me if I was waiting to pick up a mobile order. All in all, it was good experience.

  Legit worst experience ever. I have never written a review in my life. I just went to Taco Bell around 9:00 with my friend, hands down worst experience. It’s Taco Bell so I don’t expect much, but wow. We entered the store and we ordered our food for dine in. We both put a request for a texted receipt and we both did receive one. However they messed up both of our orders and forgot my half of my friends order. She asked for the nacho fries and the delights, and they said we never ordered it. They could’ve looked on a receipt, but they were just claiming we never ordered then and was very rude. They gave her the delights but not the nacho fries. Then they locked us inside, and a customer was trying to get in, mind you it was right after us. So I try to open the door and it was locked on my end as well and the worker was saying “what if he had a gun and a mask, and a white van in the back, he would’ve shot you and you would be dead if you opened the door” I didn’t hear the “what if” , so I started freaking out as one would, so I ask if there’s anywhere we can hide and he’s just ignoring me and then goes, I give my teen daughter this lesson all the time to not open the door to strangers. Mind you this is a public place, completely see through with windows as the walls. Strangers are supposed to come in?? We then were like this weird and wanted to leave, but we were locked inside, so we asked if they could open the door and they just ignored us for a good minute or two and then walked to the door so slow starring straight at the door. I never would write a review but this worker claimed we never ordered the food when we did, and then scared us. I’ve came to this Taco Bell before during the day never had any problems, but this night shift was horrible. I do not recommend coming here at all.

  They are constantly out of food here after 9pm and seem to constantly be making smaller portions into meals in order to not make more food? People are nice but seem like they aren’t doing their job will be going to other locations after this has happened to me for the third time, Editing my response on here I’ve been living in Milwaukee for 5 years and recently this has become the worst Taco Bell in Milwaukee. The franchise owner is going to lose this business if he doesn’t fix his staff ASAP they clearly don’t care and it can be clearly seen in these reviews. For every horrible review here there’s at least 10+ people who didn’t leave a review and won’t be coming back.
