  We like our subs saucy and when we asked for extra sauce they kept saying “only 3 passes allowed” and kept whispering under their breath about our order. All other subways we have been to in the past had no issue and gladly put extra sauce. None of their regulations state that rule either. Overall weird vibes and wouldn’t recommend this location. Just drive an extra 6 mins to the location on 68th— WAY more friendly staff and never gives you a hard time.

  The owner, Raj, leaves people who are incapable of performing refunds in charge and he holds onto your money until the next time he’s back at the store. The employees don’t know how to handle these situations and will just hang up on you when you call. I placed my order through their app and they contract with DoorDash for delivery. My driver never showed up with my order due to car troubles and DoorDash didn’t process my payment so they can’t handle my refund. The subway employee hung up on both me and DoorDash and said “the order was picked up, it’s not my problem” when I showed up because he wouldn’t answer the phone. What’s the most unfortunate is that almost this exact same situation happened a year ago with the same employee and Raj, except that time he was willing to talk his employee through how to do the refund and this time he refused to. I would not recommend this store knowing how they handle situations involving refunds, but at the very least I certainly recommend never ordering through the subway app at this location.

  Decided to get Subway tonight....um never again. Haven't been to this location in awhile and realized after we got our online order home that this location is SCAMMING people. Ordered a footlong meatball sub with extra protein. The extra protein consisted of ONE extra meatball. I paid an extra $1.60 for ONE meatball. Just WOW. And absolutely no sauce for a meatball sub. The sandwich was dry as hell. Also asked for Parmesan cheese which is what is supposed to come on the sub but it didn't seem to actually get in the sandwich. Please be aware of over charging and under performing.

  I ordered the seasoned steak and avocado on flatbread, and they forgot the avocado! Its in the name how can you forget that?

  Absolutely awful had what i can only assume is a new girl working didn't know what to do nor did anyone speak English. It smelled in there and they could barely understand anything i said.
