  If I could put 0 stars to this subway location I would horrible bad service! I had ordered a meatball sub and the Indian man with glasses he looked in his 50s-60s HAD THE NERVE TO COUGH directly into my sub!!! mind you he was rushing and didn’t even finish making my sub and went to the next customer, so I asked nicely the other younger guy who works there if he could throw it away because the old man coughed into it and give me a fresh new one so he did agree and threw it away the old man got mad and told his coworker why did he throw it away then the old man had the nerve to start yelling at me talking about “what’s the problem” I told him you coughed and spread germs all over my sub I don’t want it I want a fresh new one the old man still kept yelling at me “what’s the problem” and kept arguing when I told him what the “problem” was , he told me and my partner to leave & not come back I told him okay I’ll gladly take my money somewhere else with better hygiene because I wasn’t about to eat or buy his germs!! Take your money somewhere else not worth buying here waste of time and Money so unprofessional!!!

  The service is very bad, the staff specifying 2 women and an older man are very bad when attending you, they close early and you don't know how to be nice

  Went to order the lady had a real bad attitude the man took over to put my veggies and the lady was attending another customer I was told to move out his way as if I’m not still picking my veggies real bad customer service and they are very stingy

  Last night I ordered two subs for pick up. when my frind got there to pick them up they wouldn't give them to him even though the credit card used was in his name. they didn't call the contact number to verify the order. when my frind got back to my house I called them. they told me that there was no manager there and that they were closed. then they acted like they didn't understand english and hung up on me. I called again this morning and was told that the manager was not there. I told them what happened the night before and asked if there was someone I could talk to. They passed the phone back and forth a couple of times..then hung up on me....again. So, all in all, they made the sandwiches, refused to give them to the person I sent to pick them up...acted like they had no clue as to what I was talking about...but charged my friends credit card for food we didn't get. The subway on Mitchell are thieves and I'll never order from there again but what was more insulting was that you know enough english to read and make the order, but when I try to talk to you about not getting my order, all of the sudden, you don't know english...bulls#it!
