She had plastic gloves on and holding her phone. She then grabs a sheet of paper and placed it on the sandwich table and asked which sandwich was I having. That is a ServSafe violation.... I had to asked her to change her gloves and the paper before starting my meal because that is unsanitary and can cross contaminate like that...This is ridiculous. They have no ice for the soda machine, instead they have a bucket of water, which used to be ice there with a scooper. Just gross. I haven't been here in years and it's like nothing changes. How are they so open?

Walked down to pick up the order and not only wasn't it ready, but they said they "don't do protein bowls" and I had to wait even longer for my order as they then had to make a wrap for me. They never reached out to tell me they could not fulfill my order. Then I went to grab Sun Chips, and they were all out of those as well. NOT A SINGLE THING OF MY ORDER WAS CORRECT and I wasted 10 minutes of my lunch hour (I only get 30 minutes).
