(which I’ve done many times) she began speaking in Spanish to another co-worker for the rest of my experience they ignored me and talked amongst each other. At the end I asked could I get the bowl as a kids meal just to add a drink. She told me no because I already got enough favors with the soup. I would’ve paid extra for the soup if it was a problem they began speaking in Spanish again. Didn’t tell me my total, say goodbye nothing. Ignored me and treated me horribly. They charged me 15 dollars for a small bowl. I paid and I left. I will NEVER return to that location honestly I don’t know if I’ll be back to Qdoba. They could’ve simply told me it would be an up charge I would’ve paid. To charge me extra and ignore me is the worse customer service I ever received. Felt extremely racist, like they assumed because I was a young black woman I didn’t deserve any respect and made me uncomfortable.
