- SSSkyMar 2, 20261.0Usually stop by this location. Each time seems less enjoyable than the last. Majority of the staff seem to have attitudes and don’t want to be bothered even when you’re patient, polite and leave a tip. They get frustrated when you ask them to clarify a sauce you’ve never tried. They don’t acknowledge you or say “I’ll be with in just a minute”, if they’re busy or it’s a big order. I understand how time consuming that can be especially if you’re short staffed— I used to work in the food industry as well, but a little acknowledgment goes a long way in customer service. I’ve also noticed that they do not properly change their gloves when handling cash, constantly touching N95 mask and who knows what else. Will no longer be frequenting this location. Save your money and human decency and just cook at home if you want a burrito bowl.
