I wait a hour for my food which is not a big deal, but after waiting an hour I never received my 2 liter soda which again not a big deal. Once I called for a refund maybe even store credit since I order from this location often Sherman was so rude. He cut me off from me trying to explain my issue, then accused me of being rude when I was very nice wasn't talking with irritation in my voice I was very polite. He then hung up on me. I called back He threaten to send the cops to my home for calling telling me I was harassing him, the most ignorant thing I heard that day. I will never spend my hard earned money with any Pizza Hut ever again Sherman you should be ashamed of yourself for acting the way you act at work that really shows a lot about your character .

We called at 1.5hrs and they said that our food was waiting to be picked up by Doordash to deliver it due to them being busy (didn't even know that was an option, especially since we were paying cash, and it doesn't say that on their website at all!!). We asked if there were drivers in the store to deliver our food, they said yes but because it was already sent to Doordash, they couldn't deliver it now. We asked how long our food has been done and waiting, the person on the phone was very RUDE, she said, "I don't cut the pizza's, I just make them". Um OK. Then WhEn Did YoU mAkE tHe PiZzA?? She didn't have an answer for that. When we finally did get our food, it was cold, crust was hard yet soggy. If you can't work in customer service, then find a new job! Terrible experience all around!
