No prep guys were wearing hairnets or gloves, and were grabbing their crotch inside their pants and their pants were sagging around their knees. Are you serious guys? You are handling food. The Food said it was ready on the app, I show up and the lost guy upfront has me pay for it then disappears and starts handling food no gloves on btw , rings and all on his bare hands, then comes back and asks me my name again. Felt like I was having a stroke watching this all take place. Didn’t get the name of the employees, the person who answered the phone was very rude because we wanted to make sure we put the correct address but instead was talked to rudely by the person on the phone. Never have had any problems with the pizza itself but our order was horrible, we ordered 2 pepperoni/jalapeno pizzas and 1 pepperoni, instead we got 3 pepperonis filled with an exaggerated amount of jalapeños and had approximately 5 pepperonis IN TOTAL combined of all 3 pizzas. It was only jalapeno and cheese. This has been the location we used for years and just had our very first horrible experience last night.
