  Pizza dough was RAW. Tried to get the pan pizza, it was not prepared right. The garlic cup had exploded and left a gross white moldy film on the box. All of this was freshly delivered and this is what we saw when we opened the box… GROSS 🤮

  Pizza was not prepared as ordered and was Luke warm. When I was attempting to inquire about how long it was sitting the employee walked away and started talking to another employee..very disappointed with service and food presentation !! No more Pappa Johns !

  I am a Marquette student that orders here often and very familiar with the staff, they are always very kind. But what I don’t like is the safety of this location, from hearing one of my favorites being fired for being assaulted and witnessing the manager and staff being threatened for telling a customer to leave. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau for unsafe conditions.

  Awful experience. I ordered a pizza via phone and when I went to pick up the pizza we waited for 45 minutes and no could give use our pizza. Staff was very slow and not helpful.
