- ASAimee SmithNov 8, 20255.0I placed a catering order for a training event, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the original location didn't receive the order, which I only discovered when a staff member went to pick it up. On 11/6/25 the pick-up location couldn’t make the food on short notice, but the corporate office quickly reached out, apologized, and found another location willing to fulfill my large order, even as my training participants were starting to arrive. When I arrived at the second location, I was greeted warmly. They had clearly received my order but were very busy with a large volume of DoorDash and in-store orders. I appreciated the regular updates on how many box lunches were left to prepare, especially since my order included 27 varieties! Despite the rush, the team remained kind and positive throughout. Once everything was ready, three wonderful team members even insisted on helping me carry the food to my truck. Their attitudes were amazing, and I’m very grateful to all of them for pulling off my order on such short notice. I didn’t catch their names, but they absolutely deserve recognition for their hard work and positivity. Also, the training participants enjoyed their meal and so did I.
