arrived at 8:46 pm thinking I could still order, but the employee ignored me while mopping. After waiting several minutes, I asked if I could place an order and she responded rudely. what do you want. If you stop serving after 8:30 pm, there should be a sign to avoid situations like this. I did not purchase anything.

I drive 2.2 miles to this location away from my nearest location. This location is always fresh, clean, and my orders are always correct. Staff is professional and also my neighbors do the drive to bypass our nearest on Laytoon Ave. Thank you for representing Panera bread.

The girl in the front is really Helpful she is a brown skin girl and short and skinny she was cleaning by herself. She helped me pick two items because this was my first time ever in Panera and I have a really good experience. Thank you. I took a soup and a salad for my girl :)

This was this morning at about 630 am. I stopped in on my way to work for a coffee and to get warm. My bus commute was screwed up due to route changes. I was upset, crying. The gentleman who took my order was VERY kind! He asked me if I was ok, gave me a cookie, and brought my drink to me. BEHIND amazing customer service! I never got his name, but he deserves a promotion and a raise for his friendliness, compassion, and competence. If he's not a manager yet, he deserves to be!
