  Waited for 30 minutes never received the order

  Had to leave after waiting 10+ minutes with no one coming to counter. Staff was visibly upset and arguing with each other in kitchen while a line of 15+ cars waited in the drive thru. Highly suggest the staff be reviewed by whomever owns this location as they are driving away business.

  I stopped here to get my Grandkids something quick to eat. The young lady was friendly and polite. We received our order quick. My GrandDoll checked the bag and thought everything was there. When we got home we realized that we only had a 10pc nugget instead of the 20pc that I ordered. I called at least 10 times to just get a busy tone each time. I was too tired to go back up there, but I will NEVER go to this location again! You only get 1 time to cheat me!

  12/14/25 @ 7:18am: I walk up to the door an employee was running a parked order out, we made eye contact she proceeded to go back into McDonald's. I get in and walk to the register ( kiosk read "sorry this kiosk is closed" on both machines) I stood at the register along with 2 other gentlemen. No one came to the front to take orders or anything for about 3 minutes. I finally stepped in between the counters to get someone's attention (because we can hear the ladies gossiping) and the same employee that was running the parked order yelled " can you get from back here" I said" well is there anyone to take our order? Weve been standing here listening to yall gossip" To which she tried to tell me to use the kiosk so I then said " neither of them work". She yelled and said well we busy(they were so intertwined in the gossip they never noticed us) she then said she didnt have to take my order. All this because I called her out for gossiping.

  People normally only leave reviews when negative and Im guilty of that sometimes as well but this one is different. I normally come Saturday mornings around 630ish the past couple weeks and the woman at the drive thru with the short hair is amazing. Im not sure if shes the manager but she has a kind tone and actually gets my orders right. I always order coffee and creamer on the side and she is the only one that actually gets it right out of the places Ive been and my morning coffee is everything to me. I never got her name but I want her to know she’s appreciated. If shes not a manager she deserves to be.
