Don't bother coming here you'd get faster service driving to Illinois the staff is a joke and they should just shut it down, multiple times with multiple issues the fact it has 3 stars is astonishing.

I just went through the drive thru, it was quick and friendly till I got to the window to pick up my order. As it was handed out to me I asked the young lady to wait(I have sever arthritis in my hands). Now I know she would not know this but it was the look she gave me that I didn’t care for. I know things were busy and the fast service through the drive thru is essential to your business. But I felt offended by her look that I would even ask to have her wait till I could grasp my order without dropping it. I felt like saying you will be old someday.

I rarely go here even though its the closest location to my homr because when I go through the drive through I'm always missing food or get the incorrect items. I did a mobile order and didn't select the one I usually go to by state fair. So I ended up here on bluemound and was reminded how annoying it is coming to this building. Once again I was missing 2 of my 5 items. If its not missing items, its cold or underfilled fries. I won't make this mistake again

Service inside unorganized, person i was speaking to really didn't understand a simple question. Confusion was consistent, not just with us but also with other customers that surrounded us. On the other hand the drive thur runs pretty smooth. Problems with giving receipts and numbers for our food. Nobody knew who's order was theres. I guess for now i will stick with the drive thur.
