She clearly lacks the customer service skills to be running a store with the rude behavior. I understand if you're trying to get your bonuses, but the coupon isn't even expired, it's authentic, and it shows it can be redeemed at this location. Poor service, and genuinely sad how this store is being ran by someone who doesn't even care enough to put receipt papers in the kiosks.
