Her attitude and customer service were unprofessional and confusing. After I placed my order, she did not verbally acknowledge it or confirm whether the order was completed, how much it cost, or where payment should be made. During the payment process, she closed the window without saying anything, which left me unsure whether I was supposed to pay at the cashier window or at the pickup window. This caused unnecessary confusion. When I tried to move forward, she made hand gestures and facial expressions that felt rude and confrontational, as if questioning why I was leaving. That interaction left a very negative impression on me. She appeared to be inexperienced, and I believe additional training on basic customer communication and professionalism would be beneficial. I hope the company can improve employee training to prevent similar experiences in the future.
