  WHETHER I GO IN OR ORDER ONLINE THERE'S ALWAYS A PROBLEM.. EITHER I'M MISSING SOMETHING THE FOOD IS UNDERCOOKED OR NOT WHAT I ORDERED I CALLED THE STORE AND LET THEM KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON THEY HAVE AN ATTITUDE THEY DON'T WANT TO REPLACE ANYTHING THEY KEEP TELLING ME TO CALL GRUBHUB AND TAKE IT UP WITH THEM WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE MCDONALD'S IS THE ONE THAT MESSED UP MY ORDER AND THE GRUBHUB APP IT'S PLACED AS DELIVERED SO THEY DON'T WANT TO REFUND ME.. I CALLED TO THE STORE TWICE THE FIRST TIME WAS HUNG UP ON THE SECOND TIME THEY PROMISED TO SEND OUT A COUPON THAT I NEVER RECEIVED.. THEY JUST MAKE THINGS SO IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE CUSTOMERS.. I ORDER ALMOST EVERY DAY FOR BREAKFAST OR LUNCH DUE TO THE FACT THAT I AM DISABLED AND I CANNOT GET THERE AND HAVE A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME.. THE ONLY RESPECTFUL ONE IN THERE IS ONE OF THE MANAGERS I THINK SHE'S HISPANIC OR ARABIC.. SHE'S THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS ENOUGH RESPECT TO TRY TO FIX THINGS.. BESIDES THAT I DON'T I'M NOT SURE IF I'LL BE ORDERING FROM THIS RESTAURANT ANYMORE UNTIL THINGS ARE FIXED I'VE LOST ALMOST 60 TO $80 IN ORDERS THAT WERE MESSED UP MISSING ITEMS OR THE FOOD WAS JUST TERRIBLE 😔

  Food a long piece of hair in my mcchicken meaning whoever is in the kitchen has very loose hairs and needs a hairnet

  Fist time at this McDonald’s. Took about 15 min till I asked if someone was taking my order. The girl told me we are very busy it won’t matter if I take or order or not we r very busy. That is not a way to service a client. The girl was very rude everyone there seemed very dirty. I am not even from this location and I will NEVER GO BACK.

  The middle aged older woman running the cash register this morning in the store was unexpectedly rude, we tried to get her to scan our phone for the buy one breakfast sandwich get one for 50 cents, she ignored us and kept asking us what we wanted off the menu. After trying to let her know that we had the deal on the phone she still kept insisting that we order off the menu…so we did and kept getting annoyed when we told her what we wanted for our drinks and had gotten annoyed when she got the two orders wrong getting them mixed up and then proceeding to tell us that one of the item menus cant be a meal without the egg (I don’t like the eggs cause it doesn’t taste good me being pregnant but wanted a meal so I was forced to get the egg.) (even though I have gotten meals with out the egg for the breakfast sandwiches with out egg before and it wasn’t a big problem but this time it was…) After we ordered and she was reading back our orders and after them being wrong she doesn’t say anything and just walks off…so we just left
