I have had many problems in the past like wrong orders, gritty ice cream, cold fries, etc. Today I went buy to grap a diet coke and it was 100% flat! No fizz at all. To make matters work, it is SO HARD to get a refund on a mobile order. The app says to speak to the manager of the location, while the manager says you have to do it in the app. I've given this location so many chances and it will not get another one.

Took 24 minutes to get a simple order which turned out to be cold and completely wrong!!! Customer service was rude the employee act like they hate to see customers come in! This location should be another location that closes down!!! Apparently the owner doesn’t care much because nothing has changed. Go across the street to Wendy’s and stop eating where they don’t care about their customers! Stop spending money at this location
