I don't normally do reviews, but this McDonald's has to be one of the ABSOLUTE worst in customer service. Every single time there is a line wrapped around the building. They conveniently seem to have their system "go down" and can only accept cash when it's busy. If that doesn't work, they'll hit you with a direct quote like, "Sorry, but we're not taking any more orders at this time." Seems like their way of slowing down the backed up line that their incompetence created in the first place. I've never experienced a place ran so consistently poor. It's about the only impressive thing about this location.

Every time I come here, they always close a lane at night.Knowing that it's going to be packed, it doesn't make any sense to have two lanes and not have both of them open.. Takes forever to order something here never fails

My wife was harassed in the drive thru by an older male employee. I’ve sent complaint after complaint demanding answers. Demanding something be done. But it seems this McDonald doesn’t care. They don’t care about my wife’s experience or how uncomfortable she was every time he was the one to hand her food. They don’t care about how scared women must feel to have him in the drive thru. How do you call out a man that’s making you uncomfortable and scared when he’s in charge of your food? Unacceptable behavior. I’ve provided the times he’s been working. I’ve described what he looks like. McDonald’s doesn’t care that if people THEY EMPLOY make people SCARED and UNCOMFORTABLE So once again, I urge WOMEN do not go here. It’s not a safe space. You will leave feeling scared and uncomfortable because McDonald’s encourages him to keep hitting on women while in charge of people’s foods. EDIT. “We’d like to look further into this for you.” Same response every time. Nothings ever done.
