Ordering in the restaurant is fine, but literally (I actually mean literally, not figuratively) every single order I've ever gotten delivered has been incorrect. I've only ordered delivery five times but they're batting 0/5. Today's mishap was forgetting the bacon on a sandwich. There are only four lines on this receipt, one of which says "ADD bacon 2.39". Two of the other deliveries also forgot the bacon, one of them forgot a brownie, and the fifth delivery forgot the drink and chips.
Person who answered the phone didn't apologize or anything, she just asked "so you want me to send it back out? Okay, see you when it gets there" and hung up. Why wouldn't I want them to fix this?? Just read the ticket in the first place.
Just like every fast food place these days, I go into any order expecting them to get it wrong. This Jimmy Johns location gets it wrong 100% of the time, other fast food places seem to get the order wrong 70-80% of the time.

I walk in and instead of being greeted, I am told she is turning over the register and I would have to wait. This was barked my direction. Despite needing to tell me this, it only took 30 seconds. Look the food is regular Jimmy John’s but the people they hire are the low point of your day. Yikes. Would not recommend visiting honestly
