  I went to this Jimmy Johns on Thursday January 29, 2026 and ordered a sandwich, bag of salt and vinegar chips, and a soft drink. Immediately after I approached the counter I was overwhelmed by a terrible stench of body oder and the worker looked like he uses Crisco as hair gel. Moreover he was extremely rude and ignored me when I asked him for his name. I do know he was the shift manager. This event took place on a Friday evening in January 2026. Needless to say I had to discard all of the food I purchased because I lost my appetite. I felt like vomiting. Horrific hygiene this individual has. If Jimmy Johns is a must I would highly recommend choosing a different location.

  There’s a guy there name Jeremiah who really looked out for me. Even though they were about to close he still gave me amazing customer service and made the sandwiches really good. Shout out to Jeremiah for being an amazing guy💯

  New to the area. Customer service is not good and food wasn’t done right. Even after nicely asking for them to take the jalapeños off after mistakenly putting it on the first sandwich I received. Second sandwich was dry and did not have all the ingredients. Had high hopes as I work at the Starbucks nearby but I will not be wasting money here again.

  The original store was founded in 1983 South westward of Wisconsin. Didn't know our ancestors liked sandwiches

  I’m no Karen, but littering is one of my pet peeves. I saw one of their delivery drivers throw a drink holder with two drinks out their car window while driving on N Prospect Ave. I called the store and the woman who answered said “so what” and I said “it’s a bad look” and she just hung up.
