  Ordered for "freaky fast" delivery, waited just under 2 hours to receive the food, and by the time it arrived it was cold and soggy. Now I'm being completely ghosted when trying to obtain a refund. I guess $27 is worth losing hundreds of dollars worth of my business in the future! Hello Jersey Mike's

  I've always been a huge fan of JJ's and it's my go to delivery spot. However, since moving to Cudahy and having to order from this store I've had the worst experience. I live in an upper unit of a duplex, to check if my food is here I have to leave the building and come around the side. However, I am never ever notified by JJ's or the driver that my food is here. I even put my phone number in the delivery notes PLEASE CALL WHEN HERE. I just put on my coat and come down in ten minute intervals hoping that I don't find my food cold or wet from snow. By the time I find it it usually is. I'll be ordering Cousins on Doordash so I don't deal with this headache anymore

  Last 2 times we've ordered from this location it has taken 2 hours to get our order. If not more. Never again. Id rather pay to order farther away at this point.

  Just because you couldn't answer a question immediately doesn't mean you can just hang up on me. I wasn't mean or disrespectful. You make sandwiches.., if you hate your job get a different one. It's that easy.
