  Literally takes an hour and a half to deliver 2 sandwiches every time we order on the app. Never again. The store is 7 minutes from my house.

  Delivery order. They knocked on the neighbors door, neighbor informed them it wasnt for them. They placed the sandwich by the side door and did not call to let me know it was there. Sandwich was very soggy by the time I called the store.

  A lot of workers but not that friendly. Ordered tuna sub got a sub full of veggies and a tablespoon of tuna. Pretty sure they were trolling. I said thank you no you welcome. Odd place never again.

  This has to be one of the worst Jimmy John's I've been too. The attitude you get when you walk in. There is no hello or how can I help you. If there not happy working there, they need to find a new job. Today a worker who was starting their shift walked in with a lit cigarette while we were waiting to order and smelled like he just got done smoking a blunt. We won't mentioned the fact that his pants were hanging down to his knees. We placed an order for an 11 & 12. We left in a rush and never looked at the order, and they were both wrong. We will no longer be going to this location. When we saw the working coming in with a Cigg we should have walked out there. We will be going to 1st street where the service is AMAZING! Complete opposite from Holt. We called corporate once before and they didn't seem concerned.
