  They seem to advertise this as a champagne bar. They have FOUR sparkling wines on the menu. FOUR. Perfectly serviceable bar, but in no world is this a champagne bar.

  Nice setting. Service very slow. Didn’t have bagels they offered. Potatoes were burnt and overly salty - clearly the bottom of the pan at the end of breakfast service. Very disappointed and won’t return. They should have offered us a free meal considering the wait and problems with food.

  We came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. We tried the Brussels sprout hash and crab cake Benedict. Both tasted great. Excellent service. Nice views of down town Milwaukee.

  So I made reservations for their bubbles and brunch on May 7th for a party of 8 people. I liked the atmosphere and the fact that there’s a DJ playing. Went on the website about a month before May 7th and was only able to chose between the ONLY TIMES available for reservation 10am or 12:45pm. I ended choosing the 12:45pm reservation due to 10am being too early for us. On May 7th I arrived 10mns before 12:45pm and was told our table was not ready so we could not be seated…okay fine, totally understand. So 1pm comes around, by that time our whole party was there at the bar waiting to be seated, and we were told that the kitchen closes at 1 and so does the bar, the DJ stopped playing at 1pm as well. We did not get seated until 1:20, we were rushed to order food. By that time almost everyone at the restaurant was gone. It felt rushed, we did not enjoy it. The whole point was to get there enjoy some mimosas, eat and enjoy the music. All I want to know is why even allow people to book at 12:45 if everything closes at 1pm?? Why give that time, if you are going to rush people to leave.

  Went to this gem during taste and sip and fell in love. I haven’t been to many places that have champagne but now that I know they exist, I’ll be there more often.
