I ordered three iced coffees and two bagels, and everything was made perfectly and quickly, even with how busy it was. The iced coffees were so good—smooth, flavorful, and refreshing, not watered down at all. You can tell care goes into how they’re made. The bagels were fresh, warm, and exactly what you want with a good cup of coffee. Simple, satisfying, and done right. What really stands out though is the customer service. Lamar and Ken are both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They genuinely care about the customers and it shows in how they interact and how they run the place. They made me feel appreciated and taken care of, not rushed or overlooked.

I didn’t even make it to the register before I was rudely cut off by another customer behind me and they were waited on first although I was clearly there first. I turned around and left.
