  When I went to pick up my order. The older woman with glasses was the one who first addressed me upon entering yelled at me instead of speaking to me for what was the name on my order which came off rude. I told her my name which she seemed to roll her eyes once I gave. Upon sliding me my bag aggressively I was going to ask her if she was alright when she bolted away to help someone, I understand being busy but no thanks or have a nice day. Then when I asked if the cups were inside for my coffee she yelled at me again that everything was in there. While the lobby was full of people. I wanted to speak to her about customer service expectations, but was in a hurry and did not want to start an argument with her seeing she was on edge. When I get to work none of my bagels were cut resulting in me needing to hand cut every bagel when I had other things to do. Overall rude and my order was even done right. Won’t go back, this place is too expensive for this type of service.

  I will often get food here in the morning to take with me to work and they are always prompt and my order is ready to pick up

  Loved my visit to Einstein Bagels! Everything was fresh, the service was amazing, and the overall experience was super positive.
