  Saw something black floating in my drink removed it and it was a nat I’m so disgusted drank half the drink before I noticed

  It’s drive through only so you can’t pick out your donuts. I asked for mostly filled and they gave me 3 filled out of 12. The person on the intercom cannot speak English well. Can’t think of how a donut shop could get worse.

  Ordered a med cappuccino and it was only half filled with coffee.. for $5 I sure did expect a full cup of coffee.

  Made a mobile order, but couldn't pick it up. Nobody showed up near the window, though I definitely heard music playing loud inside. I had spent about 10 minutes trying to reach someone but had no success. If you’re willing to gamble on whether you’ll actually be able to pick up your order, this is your location.

  Everytime we go we pay for extra stuff and we get attitude. They always say you need to pay but we do it’s so confusing. We always have to drive back for the food we ordered.
