Only good and safe if you are ordering "normal" coffee drinks. Why is that an issue you ask? BECAUSE I CAN'T DRINK COFFEE, AND THEY KEEP PUTTING IT IN MY DRINKS ANYWAY. I will often order blended drinks with no coffee, and half the time the will come with coffee in them anyway. This is a huge medical concern for a lot of people. I don't know what coffee this is. One, I can't have it AT ALL, but two, I don't know what it is it it decaff, is it not? WHO KNOWS.
I assume they do not follow proper cleaning procedures after making blended drinks, meaning your frozen drink has a high chance of being mixed with whatever is leftover in the blender. Either that, or they have staff that make incorrect drinks extremely frequently. This is a serious danger to anyone with medical conditions that make it dangerous for them to consume coffee/caffeine in high amounts, etc. Because it it happens to me, who orders blended drinks with EXPLICITLY no coffee, it is 100% happening to people that order decaff or different milk types. This also means that if the person in front of you ordered a drink with an allergen, there's a high risk of you getting trace amounts of that potentially dangerous allergen in your drink. Imagine needing to order almond milk and getting trace amounts of whole milk. Ordering no nuts but getting someone's leftover almond syrup. Its a HUGE safety risk.
Again, this has happened multiple times, I have even called and spoken with the supposed manager who confirmed the drinks I get were indeed supposed to have ZERO coffee, and yet its still a coin flip on if I will be poisoned or not and unable to have the drink I paid for.
AVOID this location if you have any dietary restrictions, allergies, or even just dislikes. There is a high likelihood of your drinks being contaminated.

Service is horrible. They forgot to put the flair syrup in my drink, dumped the whole drink back into the blender and proceed to add the correct syrup instead of making a new drink. Also asked to see the date on the milk and it was a few days expired. Make sure to ask the date on the milk to make sure it is fresh and not expired!

I came in today used the restroom came out sat at the table and wanted to finish my phone call so that I can engage with the workers. I’m still on the phone the older lady who was very rude told me If I’m not buying something I have to leave which I just wanted to finish my call and I was going to. So I left a tip and left I didn’t want them to have my business.
