- JDJohn DonovanOct 31, 20251.0I was staying at a hotel and ordered ahead of time. Driver marked the order as delivered, I asked the front desk, no order, checked everywhere possible, no order. I called the store, they didn't pick up. Called again, no answer. Called a third and fourth time, no answer. Finally, I just got tired of it and walked to the store (didn't realize when ordering it was only .3 miles away). When I arrived, it took at least 5 minutes before someone other than the other angry customers acknowledged that I was there. When they did, the manager was extremely dismissive and insulting. When I pointed out that the driver marked the order as delivered, he basically told me "that's not how the app works." First time in my life that I've seen the driver mark the order as delivered prior to arriving. Eventually, I got a call from my friend back at the hotel telling me that the driver had arrived, and the manager told me, "go enjoy your pizza" in the most condescending tone I've ever heard in my life. If I were the franchise owner, I would fire him in a heartbeat for that kind of treatment of a customer. I'll be back in Milwaukee in a couple of months, but you can 10000% bet I will not be ordering from them.

It said my delivery was on its way and then it said it got delivered only for me to go outside and have nothing. Looking at these comments make sense. They need to shut that place down or fire the delivery drivers because clearly they are the issue and are lazy and incompetent to do their job. Unbelievable.
