I had to wait an additional 25 min and my mac and cheese was burnt and not edible.. the app doesn't make it easy to report an issue..but after I left a message, a rep texted me the next day and offered $5 ,coupon..which doesn't cover the price of my food.. I even provided a picture.. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE!!!
