  I was overcharged $11 for my pizza. I orderred a New York style pizza and a handtossed pizza instead of a NewYork style pizza I got a burnt handtossed cheese pizza, when I called to place a complaint the MANAGER said they couldn't help me, to call their customer service. and hung up the phone it took about 20 calls to get someone to answer and they offered NO solution not a replacement, or anything

  Dominos is not like it used to be. I had to give 1 for leave my review. The worst experience. I would never buy or eat from dominos again. I placed and order at 9:30am to pick it up at 11:45 am for my wife's birthday that she was going to celebrate at her work. Whe I got there my order wasn't not even on the list and I ordered through the app. I was charged and in the app said that my order was ready. The team member that assisted me said that there was only 2 persons working and the wait time was about an hr. Ridiculous, by the way the system locked me and I can't even get into the app to sign in to at least cancel the order and get my money back. There's no customer service to address this issue. THE WORST!

  Pizza was cold had no sauce. Tipped 20% and the delivery guy would not bring the pizza to my room. Left it at the lobby unattended at a table

  we have had minor issues with this dominos, and when we talked to them they gave us coupons and sorted it all out. tonight we had ordered for delivery since it was 2° with a feel of -9°. there was really no issues until the delivery. our driver Andrew didn’t have the ability to track, whatever it was fine. it said it was supposed to arrive 7:47 then 7:53. 7:53 came around and nothing, normally we’ll get a call and meet them at the door. but Andrew had not done anything. we figured we’d let it go until 10 minutes afterwards (8:03). when we tried to call it just gave us a ringing tone, so we hung up. I had looked outside multiple times at this point and hadn’t seen anything or any sign of the driver. after we called the store we looked out and saw a car, so i thought Andrew had pulled up and was gonna get out. but as soon as i opened the door and saw him, he sped off like he didn’t wanna be seen at all. and i saw our pizza was delivered but i didn’t see it, then i opened my door and it knocked the pizza down. so i have no idea how long it was truly sitting there in the freezing cold weather. but it was getting cold when i grabbed it.
