- JJJuanitaFeb 8, 20261.0I placed an order online on their not so user friendly website, ordered a 4 pc tender email and they added sauce on them without request. I had a super bowl party and the food was incomplete and cold. Manager named Moe answered my call and said I can bring food back and show where it clearly says 4 pc tender meal on my receipt NO SAUCE. I said I will bring it in when I can and hung up he chose to call me back and said I was disrespectful and then hung up on me. I tried to call back and he blocked my calls. They are unprofessional and do not care about their customers. I have ordered from them a lot before now will no longer purchase from them. They clearly don't know anything about running a professional business.
