As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- ALAngelica LuevanoMar 5, 20261.0I placed a pickup order through the Checkers app. I thought it would be like any McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Starbucks app. No. You have to come inside regardless because they run through DoorDash so any dasher has to come inside for pick up. Even tho I’m not a dasher…told me to come inside, I came inside, black lady inside told the cook why is somebody inside…(they just told me to come inside)… cook said idk why she’s in here? Asked who’s the order for? Ok here you go bye. Check the cameras. It’s horrible.

The order taker says one moment please. 22 minutes later with the car in front of me just receiving their order, the cashier come back on the intercom and says sorry for the wait this location is cash only…… With no cash and a really bad attitude at this point I just drove straight on through now that I have my out. Please shut this place down. Get some responsible adult, train them customer service then reopen and be great. Until then I will never ever visit this location again. Owned by MKE Burgers Inc.
