  Totally worth the experience. Making you feel welcome and hospitality is too notch. We had our proposal celebration in there Lux Domes and they went above and beyond especially with a surprise gift they have. This is your place if you want great atmosphere and friendly people. Will definitely going back.

  Decided to grab dinner early on a Sunday evening. The food was good, as always (would recommend the turkey pesto and the cuban). The service was a little slow (took about 20 minutes for us to even place our order after being seated) though our server was great and they just seemed understaffed. We were also seated upstairs which was very loud, making conversation difficult. Benelux is still a dependable choice

  I have been here many times, often for brunch (which is lively and great) or beers after work on the rooftop. This week I stopped in for a quick Thursday lunch. We were seated immediately in a comfy booth by the bar (which looks really nice since the renovation). I had one of my favorites, the Rocket salad with salmon. As usual, it was out fast and was delicious. Haley was warm and knew just the right times to stop over. Benelux is always a good call.

  I normally skip reviews because most places don’t deserve them, but we stopped in for brunch and couldn’t be more impressed. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was very welcoming, and most of all, the service was top notch. Huge shoutout to our waitress, Michaelyn, who did an outstanding job. She was attentive, very friendly, and made us feel important even with how busy it was. You had this sense that she knew exactly how to do her job, do it well, and with a smile! A rare experience when most waitresses give you that idgaf eye roll attitude when you ask for the most simple request… Maybe I just go the wrong places. I will certainly be stopping back at Café Benelux the next time I’m in town.

  The food is very good; however, the overall experience fell short due to the service. While the staff may appear pleasant on the surface, the interactions came across as passive-aggressive and “nice-nasty,” which made it uncomfortable to ask questions or request any changes to my meal. I still tipped generously because I believe in grace and kindness, but I’m offering this feedback in hopes it helps improve the business. Hospitality is just as important as food, and guests should feel comfortable modifying or clarifying their orders without hesitation. I work in an industry where I write reviews and recommend restaurants to content creators and business professionals. Unfortunately, this experience earns one star from me. I strongly suggest retraining staff and floor managers on proper hospitality and guest service.
