Placed an online order in late November for $50 to see this and they’ve been closed for months and still take orders and money from people. They never gave me my money back and never reached out after I contacted them over 10 times. Avoid at all costs because they will STILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!

- AKAndy KristensenOct 12, 20251.0I wanted to grab some wings before a Packers game, so I ordered 20 boneless wings. Somehow, I got zero boneless wings. Instead, when I got home from picking the wings up and opened the box, it appeared I had received several chicken strips cut up and deep fried to look like boneless wings. They didn't even try to hide it—you can see the chicken inside the cut-up clumps, showing how they must've chopped the strips up and then tossed them in the deep frier. Absolutely absurd and if I had checked before I got home, I would've gone back in and asked for my money back if they didn't actually have any boneless wings in the kitchen. I've never seen this happen before at a BWW location.
