- AKAndy KristensenOct 12, 20251.0I wanted to grab some wings before a Packers game, so I ordered 20 boneless wings. Somehow, I got zero boneless wings. Instead, when I got home from picking the wings up and opened the box, it appeared I had received several chicken strips cut up and deep fried to look like boneless wings. They didn't even try to hide it—you can see the chicken inside the cut-up clumps, showing how they must've chopped the strips up and then tossed them in the deep frier. Absolutely absurd and if I had checked before I got home, I would've gone back in and asked for my money back if they didn't actually have any boneless wings in the kitchen. I've never seen this happen before at a BWW location.

When I came by about 10 minutes later, my order was already ready, even though the board showed a lot of orders were in progress. I didn’t stay long, but the pickup area looked clean. The wings were hot and fresh, the fries were crispy and not greasy. Everything tasted great! Staff was friendly when I picked up the food, and the whole process was quick and smooth. I know this spot doesn’t always get the best reviews, but my experience tonight was very positive and I’d order again.

The fries are well seasoned, wings well sauced, and they have great service. They sure have changed the way they worked. Would definitely recommend!!!!!
