  I accidentally placed an order for the next day through the Buffalo Wild Wings app and immediately called the same day to cancel it. The employee I spoke to told me the order would be canceled then immediately hung up , so I assumed it was taken care of. Unfortunately, the order was never canceled and I ended up being charged for food I never wanted and never picked up. I tried calling again today to fix the issue, but I was put on hold for 9 minutes and eventually just gave up. It’s really frustrating to be charged for something after being told it would be canceled. Very disappointing customer service and poor follow-through.

  Came here last night and the service was horrible ordered the crispy chicken wrap with fries and the food came very cold and made without any form of care fries was hard as cardboard and when I asked that it be remade not even making a big deal about it our waiter went to the manager SCOTT who was very unprofessional towards his employees and towards us as customers they avoided serving my table even after a second employee tried to get his attention after I waited 10 minutes for someone to return to our table to help us he waved his own employee off SCOTT is very unprofessional and should not be managing an establishment like Buffalo Wild Wings the lack of service and unprofessional lead to me not even finishing our meals and enjoying our experience which I was very patient with I will be calling corporate and reporting SCOTT and his behavior towards me as a customer and his own employees

  Our server made us wait 2 hours for just appetizers. Went in with a group to purchase appetizer plates, which should absolutely not take nearly an hour to cook. Having to wait to just order was enough to justify this one-star review, but when the food came out, it was COLD. The hottest thing on the plate was the cheese curds, and the cheese was still chewy and slightly warm at best. The slider patties were burnt and “Hawaiian bread” was as far away from Hawaii as it can be. Overall, everything was really dry and the sauces couldn’t compensate for the dryness of it all. We had to ration out our waters and napkin usage because the server never came to check in on us. BDubs, what happened?

  Was at the bar and the bartender took it upon herself to charge my card an extra $25 and thought it wouldn’t get noticed. If it was clean and the food wasn’t so hard and overly seasoned to where it’s all in the bag then maybe a tip would have been given…. Should be terminated for doing that white blonde slightly chubby girl… ONLY PAY CASH !! May I add they never gave me a refund like they were supposed to !.

  This used to be a spot my family and I frequented and unfortunately after tonight we will not be back. There was maybe 5 tables total in the restaurant and it took 30+ minutes for us to get our meal initially. Unfortunately one of the dishes came out wrong and after sending it back, the order of 3 grilled tenders had not make it to our table after an additional 25 minute wait. Ultimately we gave up and asked to have the order removed so we could leave. At any other establishment a manager would come out and apologize, see what could be done to make it right but he avoided eye contact all together, just rushed out to take the food off the bill before rushing back behind the scenes again. This place has gotten worse over the years and we always hoped that with the constant turnover there would be a good team to bring it back, but we have not seen that happen.
