  I love this location, everyone is always really nice and it doesn't take long to for them to remember your name and what you like to order when you come in. It can get busy, but that's to be expected, it's the only bagel shop in bay. I've never waited longer than 10 minutes, even when it's slammed. I'll keep coming back every weekend!

  I did not catch the name of the gentleman I spoke with, but he demonstrated exceptional understanding and compassion throughout our interaction. My husband had ordered sandwiches, and unfortunately, the incorrect ones were provided. When I explained to the manager that I am currently pregnant and unable to eat the salmon sandwiches, he responded with nothing but kindness and professionalism. Without hesitation or complaint, he allowed my husband to return and receive the correct sandwiches. His empathy and outstanding customer service truly meant a great deal to us, and we are very grateful for the care and respect he showed during the situation. He worked 1st shift on 1/8/25. Thank you!

  Bagels are great and so are the sandwiches! Friendly folks. Only reason for 4 stars is the coffee— it’s rough. Tastes burned and yet often is room temperature, fun combo.

  CRYSTAL G at the whitefish bay wi location is the BEST !! She knows the regulars. Always one step ahead and so kind. She makes sure she acknowledges every customer especially if there r people waiting. She's a keeper 😀
