  My drinks always have so much flavor at this location. It’s the only place I prefer to be honest anytime I go anywhere else the drinks are bland , tasteless and basic lol I had no issues until recently I noticed a worker that I haven’t seen before. It’s usually a woman and man at the windows but this was a younger guy. I ordered a toxic espresso, which is my favorite drink at Dunkin’ and it looked nothing like the it was supposed to, very light colored when it’s supposed to be dark. It was missing chocolate foam so I asked and he gave me attitude so the drink wasn’t right but he did offer another foam which I declined. I wish they would have just told me ahead of time that they didn’t have the chocolate foam. Other than that I have no issues with my online mobile orders I’m surprised the reviews are so low.

  If i could give this rating a zero I would. Came through the drive through around 2pm and waited 5 minutes at the speaker until driving up to the window and seeing there were 0 employees working. Lights on, open sign on, everything but no employees. Theres always 1 or 2 people working and one doesnt speak English well at all. Guessing they up and left but this shop needs a serious rebrand.

  I went for breakfast and ended up ordering the Six dollar bill deal. The place is drive-through only and they didn’t give me a straw so I had to stand up at the window and as they looked at me for about two minutes, and then finally came to the window to give me my straw. I then get in my vehicle, and open my bag to only find out that I have a cream cheese bagel when I ordered a sandwich ask them to add cream cheese. They took everything off of the sandwich and just put cream cheese on the bagel. On top of that it, was about four hashbrowns inside of the hash brown bag for my order which were old and burnt.

  Saw something black floating in my drink removed it and it was a nat I’m so disgusted drank half the drink before I noticed

  It’s drive through only so you can’t pick out your donuts. I asked for mostly filled and they gave me 3 filled out of 12. The person on the intercom cannot speak English well. Can’t think of how a donut shop could get worse.
