  First time ordering dominos in Milwaukee. They can’t seem to figure out how to pick up the phone. Order was supposed to be delivered at 11:45 it’s 12:13 and no one is picking up phone calls. Terrible service.

  I have had several issues with this specific location that I’ve never had at another Domino’s this bad in service. At first the issues were delivered related. Despite living 4 blocks from this location, they consistently put the orders for my partner and I last, so without fail, the orders always arrived cold. Eventually, we decided to just order carry out, and we usually order under his name, Nathan, and then I pick it up. Usually the Pizza Tracker is accurate, so when it was done tonight around 7:50pm, I made my way over. That was a mistake. Not only was the order not ready, but no one bothered to check if it was even in the queue. I waited until 8:15pm, where a driver on a return trip let me know that not only was it not done yet, but that they’d have to remake the whole order. Mind you, up until that point, I had been told it was still being made, to now be told it would be a while irked me, especially since I was sitting in a store in pajama pants. When I did eventually get the pizzas at 8:35pm, they were doughy and undercooked. I have never had an experience this bad when it came to pizza from any restaurant, and despite the fact that the Farwell location is out of the way, I would much rather order from there than this location ever again. And this is not to mention that when my boyfriend did try to call for an update, they picked up the phone and immediately hung up on him without chatting into the line whatsoever. This is by far the worst Domino’s in all of Milwaukee, and we will never order from here again.

  I placed an order at 10:30 PM and got a notification that the driver was “pulling up.” I went down to the hotel lobby and waited. A little delay is understandable—but after standing there for 10 minutes, the order suddenly showed as “delivered.” I stayed in the lobby another 15 minutes just in case. Tried calling the store multiple times—no answer. At this point, I had been waiting around 40 minutes since the “pulling up” notification. With nothing else open nearby, I reordered. That order was canceled 5 minutes later with no explanation. So I gave up and ordered from another pizza place. Then—45 minutes later—the original driver calls saying he’s there. At that point, I told him to keep it. This was a complete mess from start to finish. Horrible customer service at this location. You need to get your system and communication figured out.

  One star is too good. The first time I placed an order for carry out they forgot my sauce..not a huge deal so I decided to order from this location a second time. Big mistake - when I got there to pick up my order there were no workers in sight. Minutes later someone came around the corner on the phone, still not noticing myself and another customer waiting. When I finally got my order, it was wrong. I ordered cinnamon bites and got Parmesan bites. I went back and asked for the cinnamon bites and after waiting 15 minutes I was given a half order of them and they weren’t even hot.

  If I could I would give this location no stars and their very unprofessional! I went in with no time to spare to get some food before work the person that toke my order said it would be done in 10 mins …. 10 mins pass so I ask how long will it take. And there make a bunch of pizza and one the pizza I order I don’t understand why I couldn’t get a pizza from that order… and only other thing I needed was some pasta. Now I don’t have no food for lunch or to eat and very dissatisfied with the service and this place as a whole. His solution was canceling my order when I asked to begin with will it take long…. He said no like 10 mins . Why tell me that and I’m telling you I don’t have much time to wait. Never again will I ever go to this location ! And i definitely will let people I know not to go their either !
