I am am assistant manager in Albuquerque nm for dominos, and mever would i ever let my store employees be this messed up towards customers. I placed an order for my handicap father who lives there in wisconsin and has no one, over two hours ago for delivery. He waited and waited outside for this driver when the order said it was in his neighborhood and it never came. I called and spoke to the manager there and she said when her driver Adrian got back that she would re make my father's order and have him take it back. This company is supposed to WOW! Their customers, but it seems they thought that meant "wow, I regret ever doing business with them" and now they won't even answer to at least give me a refund

There were 2 bites worth of chicken on the entire thing. Ive called several times and they wont answer the phone. Edit: I called from a different number, pretended like I was doing a new order on the auto machine, finally someone answered, when I told them my issue, they hung up on me. I had to drive down there, to get my issue resolved. What absurd service. I paid a tip, and delivery fees, to have to drive there anyway to get my stuff proper.
