When some one finally came to the door, they said they were closed because they didn't have the staff. Yet you had a pre order ready and allowed a sit in.. highly unacceptable. No sign indicating anything.

Espero y arreglen ese problema, por que esa atención fue muy mala. Aparte, eh comido en otros Subway y son muy amables, pero en este me trataron muy mal, y me dieron este pan que solo da asco.

We were the only people in the place at the time. We then found hair in sandwich and this man accused me of placing the hair in the sandwich and refused refund.
