I called the store to address the issue, and the manager, Collin, answered the phone. As I began explaining the situation, he abruptly told me it wasn’t his problem and then hung up on me. This was an extremely disappointing experience and a clear example of poor customer service. As a manager, it's his responsibility to assist customers—not dismiss their concerns and end the call. Domino’s should seriously reconsider having someone like this represent their brand.
