  So once a month I drive over here to get my nails done across from you guys and usually we’ll treat myself to dinner or lunch depending on what time it is and I always have a good experience except for tonight right at 5:30 on March 31, 2026 I don’t know who that dude is working the drive-through but he needs a reality and attitude check for real if you don’t like his job he shouldn’t be doing it I ordered the cheesesteak as that was something new I’ve never seen that you guys have and so I decided to try it I asked could I have it without onions and peppers first they was like oh well we can’t do that they’re already on it then I guess somebody else told him that they could so he’s like oh we can take them off I guess I was like OK I’ll have that curly fries and a fruit punch as I’m allergic to onions so I’m up park and eat my sandwich when I go and break off a piece to give to my dog and I was gonna take me a bite when I noticed an onion hanging out then I open up the sandwich and it’s full of onions I politely wrap it back up go back through the drive-through it was a lady this time I explained what happened she was very polite whoever she was she deserves five stars obviously it was a price difference between a beef and cheddar and the cheese steak which I never got back but I had her replace the cheese steak with a Arbys beef and cheddar now I’m hoping nothing wrong with this or I will be back to leave another review I don’t get Arby’s much due to the location of where they are none of them are super really close to me so when I go to Arbys it’s special tree there so at least I thought it was until my service today in Arbys used to be my favourite I won’t eat McDonald’s no more there’s very few fast foods that I still eat because of attitude I guarantee I will not be going to that Arbys anymore if I could’ve gave it zeros I would’ve or - zeros even not pressed at all and I was a manager in fast food and in retail only needs a reality check for real you should be working in the back making the food not dealing with customers then he asked me I tried to hand back the sandwich and he said oh you don’t want it I said no I’m allergic to onions why would I want it If the owner would like to get in contact with me please feel free to do so I believe my email is you can get my email through this at least I think you can otherwise leave a response and I will text or email or call thank you if you would like to try your compensate me for my money that I’m shorted and my bad service it would be greatly appreciated

  The food was fresh and hot. It was pretty good but the Philly cheesesteak had no meat lol. Looked NOTHING like the photos.

  The food at this Arby's is most excellent... Even when compared to other Arby's restaurants...
