Edit just to add this thought. I honestly never once in my life have had worse service at any restaurant, storefront, Cafe, or anywhere where I was a customer than this evening, at this arbys. The manager was terribly rude and hostile from the start of the interaction. I used to go here fairly frequently, but believe i can no longer support this store due to the manager this evening, who i honestly have had poor interactions with before, but never this terrible.
Had a horrible interaction here, the evening I am leaving this review. They closed early, but not only did not stop taking orders, but arbys labeled the orders as having been confirmed and started, meaning I was unable to cancel the order that they were unwilling to make through door dash. The woman who was managing was incredibly rude during this interaction, and was unwilling tp reimburse me the full amount that was being charged for the order "since thats a door dash charge" even though she had chosen to close early, not end online services, and even continue to confirm orders. I do not believe that I should lose money simply because she wanted to close early due to the low business she had received that day. She said that was why herself, and at some point even said "you can take your 15 dollars or not, im going home either way" despite my order being charged for over 18 dollars. Sure, the discrepancy may be from door dash, but she herself chose to close early and continue to process orders, then got mean about it when someone did come to pick up said order. The customer should not lose money due to her mismanaging their connection to an online storefront. I feel her service had more to do with the lack of orders than the weather, as was claimed, as her demeanor and treatment of customers was terrible. She was leaving early already, and couldnt even take the time to try to properly correct the issue, wasn't willing to assist further at all, even after being shown my messages with door dash support telling me to take it up with arbys. I really do not believe that someone who either does not have the capacity to turn off online orders, or is simply unwilling to as it had taken steps to being processed and was made uncancellable by their confirmations, which too me seems kind of suspect and a little wierd truth be told.
Rating food zero as well, as i was unable to recieve it, nor did I recieve full reimbursement or at least minor assistance despite the inability being a choice of the manager.
Cannot recommend at this time.
