  I went to order at this Jimmy John’s location and was met with hostility and anger from the manager. She looked angry the entire time and when she made one of the sandwiches incorrectly twice and I politely told her, she yelled at a different employee “you’re going to have to make this one and don’t bother arguing with her you won’t win”. She then proceeded to take my first sandwich (which was correct) off the counter and throw it at the trash can saying “this one’s probably wrong too.” I picked it up off the ground and said “this one was fine.” She was rude to both me and her employees and the worst part was that the only reason I wasn’t willing to take the wrong sandwich was because it was for my brother who was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and can’t eat anything else.

  Ordered one sandwich, took them 1 hour and 20 minutes to deliver it ( 7 min drive), When I call to ask, what’s going on the guy didn’t know what to say. Said they have short stuff, so dont take deliveries!!! Disappointed

  I drove up to this unassuming Jimmy John’s. On what was the coldest day on record in about 10 years. The door was icy on the inside. But I’m not sure if that was from the freezing temperatures outside or the ice in the veins of the young man, Anthony who made my sandwich. Indeed there were two records broken. One the freezing temperatures and more importantly the best Jimmy John’s sandwich I’ve ever had.
