Orders did not show on screen, some customers had to wait 15 minutes for a coffee. Crew in back did not look at all organized (saw one guy move a tray of "buns" back and forth and back and forth. Most did not speak english, so hard to deal with (when crew did not understand, they ignored).

The people working are nice, but there is usually a strong language barrier. The restaurant was originally built to a high standard; however, it is filthy, smells like a porta potty and there is mold on the ceiling (see pictures). The owner can say what they want, but the nasty ceiling mold and smell are a long-term problem.

Never actually got to the drive thru window. When I arrived both lanes were occupied. I could see the frustration in both drivers faces. After about 6 min. After I got there. The driver in front of me started placing her order. It was taking a long time and she looked frustrated. The driver in the second lane at this point must have been waiting at least 10 min. He got tired of waiting and drove away. At this point the person in front of me was now trying to get the employees attention as they must have turned off the speaker. I had now been waiting over 12 min. However I had backed up enough when I saw their faces so I could leave the line if necessary. They were probably short staffed but didn't seem to be communicating that very well. Just come on the mic and be honest. "We are short staffed its gonna be 15 min we apologize" then we can make the decision to leave or stay. This was in the morning around 8:30 when people are looking to get to work. Just communicate.

I just went through the drive thru and of course they forget the sauce cups that they up-charged me for. Also to top it off they aren’t answering their store phone as I tried calling multiple times.
