He is always joyful and a delight to see when you walk in the door. He has also trained his staff so well. We have since moved away from Mequon but will occasionally make the 45 minute drive to visit this location for a delicious breakfast and just to say hi to CJ and his staff. 10/10.

The place didn't seem very busy which is why I am so confused about the long wait. The food itself was decent. If I had to pick between places though, big apple Bagels has better food.
