I called the location, and after being put on hold for over 10 minutes, I hung up and called back. I was then told they didn’t know where my order went but it must have gotten delivered to the wrong address and that they would remake my order and get it out to me ASAP. I called back at 9:30 pm and was placed on hold for 20 minutes…So, I hung up again and called back AGAIN…note, this doesn’t account for the several times I called and no one answered, so the call just rang until it automatically ended. In calling back, it was now 10 pm, over 3 hours since my original order was placed, they said my order has yet to be made. Staff blamed understaffing and an overwhelming number of orders being placed. I was offered a refund and the order was cancelled. I will never order from this location again. A complete and total disappointment. On the bright side, at least I didn’t have to experience over cooked, or worse yet, under cooked items like most of the other reviews for this location.
