  The problem with Mequon is its bakery. It’s usually limited to donuts only. Other Dunkins have glazed sticks, muffins, coffee, rolls. I live in Mequon, but drove to whitefish Bay this morning, because the bakery in Mequon is so limited.

  One of the worst locations I've been to. The staff forgot about me twice, and took 20 minutes to get a bagel with cream cheese ...not sliced or toasted. Didn't even apologize for the wait. AND they forgot my cream cheese and straw. What a total waste of money and time. Do better, Mequon.

  I have come to this Dunkin location four times this week and they have messed up my order four times this week. Every time I go, there’s someone with an attitude or there is someone who doesn’t know how to do their job well, they always mess up my order. They never make my drink the same each time, I ordered the iced hazelnut Dunka latte every time and it tastes different every time and they get it wrong every time and they pretend they can’t hear you every. Maybe you guys should spend more time training your employees, the correct way and the right way to make the drinks and the right way to take the orders so that there isn’t any confusion and there is more consistency in your drinks. They always either forget the cold foam or add banana cold foam instead of the hazelnut cold foam. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ON HOW TO MAKE DRINKS PROPERLY AND HOW TO TAKE ORDERS CORRECTLY!

  I love the coffee. The reel for free coffee on April 1 must have been a hoax. Always friendly employees.
